SYNCrew Custom Forms!

SYNCrew Custom Forms allow you to collect ANY and ALL data in SYNCrew. Put simply, anything you could make a paper form do can be done here now – including signatures. SYNCrew forms also go beyond what you can do on paper by offering pick lists, integrated pictures, and fast syncing so they can be viewed and approved right away.

You can set up forms to email automatically when completed – like to the office or directly to the client. Forms also get saved in SYNCrew forever so they can be easily found.

Examples of what our beta users got up to with these:

  • Customer acknowledgement of work
  • Employee vacation or sick time request
  • Material request
  • Inspection report form
  • Customer and employee signed daily work log report
  • Security company incident report form
  • Chemical readings for a pool company
  • Expense reimbursement
