This isn’t something that would get put in any new feature update since it doesn’t impact our current customers. But I want to take a moment to reflect on this for our SYNCrew team. Until today, 100% of SYNCrew clients signed up by speaking to us on the phone, signing an electronic agreement and then having us set up the account.

As of today, people can now come in and set up their own account! We still want to talk to EVERYONE because we know all the ins and outs of the system and can customize the system 100% in 5-minutes. But it’s also important to recognize that some people want to try out the system without needing to talk to anybody.
